Judo is a Japanese martial art and Olympic sport that teaches throwing, grappling, hold-down and other practical skills while developing strength, coordination, discipline and confidence.
The RA Judo Club provides a supportive and inclusive environment where young participants can learn at their own level. No previous judo experience is required, and students can join during the season.

Junior Judo – Ages 8–13

What to Bring / Requirements
Participants must have membership with Judo Ontario and Judo Canada. A judo uniform (gi) is also required. The RA Judo Club can provide assistance with uniform sizing and purchasing.
