Junior Athletes is a youth sports program from the RA Centre designed to help children discover the joy of movement and sport without the pressure of rankings or competition. Programs emphasize participation, personal development, teamwork and confidence while giving children opportunities to learn and practice sports in a positive environment.
Programs are available for different age groups from 2 to 15 years, with offerings varying by sport and location. Younger children can participate in parent-and-tot programs, while older children and teens can take part in skills programs and recreational leagues.
