Parent & Tot Swim Lessons in Ottawa at the RA Centre are designed for parents or caregivers with children aged 4 months to 3 years.
Build water confidence together
Parent & Tot classes help babies, toddlers, and their caregivers develop comfort, confidence, and safety skills in the water through fun, interactive learning. These lessons give a positive introduction to swimming so families can explore the water together in a supportive outdoor-pool setting. Through songs, games, movement activities, and guided instruction, children become familiar with the water while building foundational aquatic skills. Caregivers also learn water safety practices and techniques to support their child's progress. Early water exposure can support comfort and water awareness from a young age.
